These terms govern your use of pptmapstore.com (also reachable as pptmapstore.com) and the products sold on it, operated by Cubicent Technology Solutions Private Limited, Ottapalam, Palakkad District, Kerala, India. By purchasing or using this website you agree to these terms.

The product

Each map sold here is a digital file containing one editable vector map, built as native Microsoft PowerPoint shapes. The files require Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 or higher. They are not compatible with Google Slides, Apple Keynote or any other application. Confirming compatibility with your own environment is your responsibility before purchase; the FAQ and each map page set out the requirements.

Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates in presentations you create for yourself, your employer or your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the template files themselves, in whole or in part, whether modified or not.

Payments and pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars. At checkout, PayPal automatically converts the price to your local currency. All payments are handled by PayPal; we do not store any of your card information on our servers.

Delivery and download limits

After successful payment, a secure download link is emailed to the address you provide. Each purchase includes 10 downloads. If you exhaust your downloads or lose your link, contact support and we will resend or reactivate it. When a new product version is released, existing customers are notified and their download allowance is restored to 10 if it is lower.

Refunds

As this is an instantly delivered digital product, we are unable to issue any refunds. If you experience any issue with the file or your download, contact us via the support page and we will resolve it within 1 business day. That includes resending files and reactivating expired links.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent download limits, share tokenized links publicly, probe or attack the website, or use the contact form for unsolicited marketing.

Disclaimer and liability

The product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
