What we collect

To deliver your purchase we collect only your name and email address. No account or registration is required. When you contact support we additionally store the message you send us. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser user agent) are kept for security and fraud prevention.

Payments

All payments are handled entirely by PayPal. Your card number, bank details and other payment credentials are entered on PayPal's systems, not ours. We do not store any of your card information on our servers. All we receive back from PayPal is a payment confirmation, the amount and a transaction reference.

How we use your data

Your name and email are used to deliver your download link, to notify you when a new version of the product you purchased is released, and to respond to your support requests. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics and marketing tools load only after you consent via the cookie banner. These are Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*, with IP anonymization enabled) and, if configured, Meta and LinkedIn pixels. If you decline, no analytics scripts run. Data retention and your rights

Purchase records are retained to honour your download allowance and version updates. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via our contact page; we respond within 1 business day. Requests are honoured in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Security

Download links are unique, unguessable tokens with a limited number of uses. Our servers apply transport encryption (HTTPS), rate limiting and access controls. Product files are not directly accessible by URL.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
